Dr. Abu Noman Mohammad Golam Rabbani, widely renowned for his unwavering commitment to integrity, exemplifies the qualities of a dynamic administrator. In 1999, he successfully completed his medical education at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital, Dhaka, subsequently embarking on a career path that led him to join the esteemed Bangladesh Civil Service in 2003, as a member of the 21st BCS (Health) batch. His inaugural professional engagement as an Assistant Surgeon at the Ramgonj Upazilla Health Complex in Laxmipur presented him with a unique and invaluable opportunity to deliver essential medical services to the most marginalized and underprivileged communities in rural Bangladesh.
From the years 2006 to 2018, Dr. Rabbani served in various capacities within the distinguished precincts of the National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICRH). In 2018, he served in the Department of Radiotherapy at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH)1. In a remarkable testament to his commitment and dedication, Dr. Rabbani returned to his cherished professional milieu, NICRH, in 2021, this time as an Assistant Director in an administrative capacity.
