Dr. Abu Hena Mustafa Zaman is a dynamic administrator who holds a degree from Chittagong Medical College and has joined the Bangladesh Civil Service in the health cadre. His tenure as the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer (UHFPO) of Lakhai Upazila in Habiganj district was exemplary. He also fulfilled his responsibilities with utmost diligence during his tenure as the Assistant Director (AD) at the Divisional Office in Rajshahi.

At the National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICRH), in his capacity as the Assistant Director (Hospital), Dr. Zaman has been entrusted with a range of critical tasks, including the maintenance of hospital cleanliness, monitoring staff duties, overseeing inventory management, monitoring medical instruments, and actively participating in tender processes.
