Department of Radiology & Imaging is functioning from the very first day of the inception of NICRH. But it started giving full services in 1990. Initially the department was started with a 500 mA X-ray machine. Gradually other hi-tech sophisticated imaging tools for X-ray, Ultrasonography, Mammography, CT scan and MRI have been added to this department. The department serves regularly the patients with imaging services with full satisfaction. Besides, interventional radiological services like image guided FNA, aspiration is also provided by this department.
